Azizi Abasi Rweyemamu

Mr. Azizi Abasi Rweyemamu has been serving as a Tutorial Assistant at Ardhi University, specifically in the School of Spatial Planning and Social Science, Department of Economics and Social Studies, since 2019. He owns a Bachelor's degree in Economics (BAE) from Ardhi University in 2016 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics (MAE) at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. His research interests encompass Food Security Economics, Agri-food Value Chains, Urban Food Systems, and Household-level Welfare Analysis. Mr. Azizi has actively participated in various research and outreach projects. His goal is to make significant contributions to the field of Economics, with a particular focus on food security and urban development. 

Kimaro Amedeus


Mr. Kimaro Amedeus is a housing and infrastructure expert (Town planner) who graduated from Ardhi University Dar es Salaam with BSc. Housing and infrastructure planning-2017. Kimaro is also a GIS person and is interested mostly in mapping. He is working at Ardhi University as Tutorial assistant training university students on Housing and infrastructure planning, design, and cost estimation. Kimaro is now pursuing a Master of transportation science- Traffic Safety with UHasselt and Ardhi University under the VLIROUS Scholarship.

Kimaro is also now a member of the Global Coalition for road safety and Transportation Network of Students (TSN) under the road safer now project conducted in Hasselt City-Belgium. Upon Completion of the Master’s Degree program, He is aiming to focus his research on traffic safety for Vulnerable populations and school children.

Zulfa Sammadile

I am Zulfa Sammadile, currently serving as a tutorial assistant at Ardhi University in the Department of Computer Systems and Mathematics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Ardhi University. Presently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering at Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology.

Within the broader scope of my research, I am particularly interested in leveraging these technologies to optimize emergency response systems. By combining IoT devices and GIS methodologies, I aim to develop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency services in urban areas.
